We hereby inform you about the processing of personal data and draw your attention to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which has been in force since 25.05.2018.

The protection of your personal data plays an important role for us and we assure you that we will protect your data properly, handle it responsibly and fully comply with the requirements of the legislator. In preparation for the new GDPR, we have adapted various processes and taken measures for greater data security.

What does the GDPR mean for you?

Personal data, e. g. customer data, is recorded within our ERP-System in the context of preparing quotations and processing orders and stored in accordance with tax law or legal requirements. Personal data in such cases are e. g. name, address, telephone, fax and your email address. Your data will be deleted after the statutory storage period has expired. You can inform yourself at any time about the type and extent of the data stored about you, as well as request the deletion of your personal data.

In order to comply with the information obligations of the GDPR, we have revised our data protection declaration. You will be comprehensively informed about your rights and our data processing processes in the data protection declaration. You can view the current version at any time at www.chillouts.de.
